Operations is responsible for a large part of the "background" of the team. The office(s) and workspace(s) must be kept clean and in order so that there is room to take care of business and to build the car. The inventory is maintained by operations in all spaces, including the race trailer(s) and support vehicles. Operations is also responsible for organizing the trailer(s) and vehicles. They must make sure that everything that might be needed on the race is available, but also that there isn't too much brought along!

Without the operations team making sure parts and tools are available, much of what the other teams need to do wouldn't be possible!
