The Chassis team is a part of the design and manufacturing branch of the team.
While the Aero/Body team is responsible for the outside of the car, the Chassis team is responsible for most of the inside of the car (except for the power, which is the Power team's part). The creating the chassis of the car includes designing the structure, steering system, suspension, brakes, wheels, and tires. The Chassis team must also consider ergonomics in their design.
